Permanent sliding coating for all types of hydraulic systems

This makes the wearban coating so special:

wearban HYDRAULICS lines the friction surfaces with PTFE, the lowest-friction of all substances on the Earth. The surfaces glide against each other “like wet ice on wet ice” (Guinness Book of Records)

More details about the priciple of operation:

Added during the hydraulic oil change, wearban HYDRAULICS circulates with the oil. Thereby it reaches all friction surfaces and builds up a 1 micron thick lining. So, there is no metal on metal friction any more, but PTFE glides smoothly on PTFE.

Suitable protection for your hydraulic system:

• for up to 5.0 l of hydraulic oil • for up to 10.,0 l of hydraulic oil • for up to 20.0 l of hydraulic oil

If your hydraulic system requires more than 20.0 l, please contact us for an individual fill.

Application:

  1. Before application, drain oil and change filter if existent.

2. Shake or stir wearban HYDRAULICS well before use.

3. In an extra container, mix wearban HYDRAULICS with your hydraulic oil in a 1:3 ratio.

4. Add this mixture to the hydraulic system slowly to avoid clogging in the filter.

Caution / Safety note

Harmful to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. Hazardous for the environment. Keep out of reach of children.

In case of contact with eyes, rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue to rinse. Immediately call a Poison Center or doctor/physician. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
